I brought a stroller for our trip to Japan. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the inner plastic structure of the hood had completely ripped through the liner and was facing inward, creating a serious hazard for our 9-month-old during our travels. This problem has worsened over time, and I wouldn't expect this level of quality control from a brand known for their prams. I'm really disappointed, as we have the Oscar model, which is great. However, the Otto is overhyped and not worth it.
Hi Liam, We're so sorry to hear about your experience with the Otto stroller — that’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we completely understand your frustration, especially when travelling with your little one. Could you please get in touch with our customer care team at hello@edwardsandcobaby.com so we can look into this further for you? We’d really like the chance to make this right. Thanks, Anna
We've owned our Otto since January 2024 when our daughter was just 3 months old. We have since taken it overseas 3 times as a carry on item and love it, have also done a handful of domestic flights and done the same. We have also always used it for going on walks around the neighbourhood. Now she's 18mo I use it a lot more when I'm out running errands and can't be bothered getting out my big Bugaboo. It's still in great condition, no signs of wear at all. The only thing I did to improve it was purchase a liner to go in it when we're using it frequently as it was a bit too hard for her when she was tiny.
