This pram has honestly been a game-changer for us—especially during those early baby stages. The capsule-to-pram travel system is everything. Being able to move baby from the car to the pram without waking them is such a win (especially with a newborn and two other little ones to juggle!).

We bought our Oscar pram four years ago, and after such an amazing experience with their customer service, I feel I really need to leave a review.

We’ve used the pram almost every day — it has flown overseas with us a couple of times, been to the snow, and tackled sandy beaches. It has never let us down. It’s so easy to handle and steer, and our almost four-year-old still loves it. We’ve had countless pram naps and long walks over gravel roads, and it still looks fantastic.

Everything is really easy to clean — the liner has been through the wash many times and still holds up great.

Recently, the brake started getting stuck occasionally — we had to lift the lever up with our foot after pressing it down (though the brake itself still worked fine). So we contacted customer service. Margherita was absolutely lovely to deal with and immediately arranged for the pram to be picked up and checked.

I also mentioned I wanted to replace the handlebar to freshen up the look for baby number two (there were just a few scratches), and she kindly offered to have that done while they had the pram.

Honestly, there’s not a single thing I would change about this pram — best purchase ever!

This is unacceptable for a product meant for a newborn. We’re deeply disappointed with the quality and strongly advise others to choose a more reliable brand. We’re now seeking a replacement or refund and hope for a prompt resolution.
