It’s great that there is the option to replace the handlebar if it is damaged - saves us buying a completely new pram! It was however a bit more complicated to install than expected, even though we had contacted support ahead of time to enquire about the process. It comes with the needed rivets, however no instructions. I would definitely include full installation instructions with the bar, as well as full list of tools needed. We had to do a lot of YouTubeing to figure out how to remove the old rivets (and handlebar) and had to ask the in-laws to help with a cutting wrench to trim the rivets once installed. Now that we have replaced the handlebar it is like a new pram! Would recommend getting one if your old handlebar is looking shabby.

The quality of this handle bar does not last. Some children use the pram for 3-4 years, and some parents use the same pram for multiple children. The material used on this handle bar is not good quality and does not last more than 6 months. Feedback allows companies to review their designs and make changes in the future to improve quality and provide customer satisfaction.
Additionally, I do like that I can buy spare parts from this company where needed.

Really quick dispatch and delivery, emailed company for instructions to replace old pram handle and all easy to follow and replace (if you have a pop rivet gun and drill). Love the upgrade to our old pram, it’s as good as new now. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic to be able to get a replacement and it was sent so quickly, price is reasonable.
Installation is not straightforward, requires tools (not just click in) you need a specific drill bit and a drill. Also need to email support for instruction, they dont come with the replacement.

Replacement handlebar is nice, but the fact that we had to replace the handlebar was an issue. The pram is only 2 years old.
